I started going to Karen’s yoga class at the beginning of the year. I was fairly new to yoga but I thoroughly enjoy her style of teaching. There are always options so you can push yourself if you want to but never feel that you have to. I feel that my flexibility and strength have improved and the relaxation and mindfulness can be taken into other areas of my life.
