About the event
Join me for a relaxing afternoon of lakeside yoga and sauna at Grendon Lakes.
We'll begin with a gentle outdoor yoga practice on a beautiful decking area beneath a natural canopy of trees, accompanied by birdsong, fresh air and the calming sounds of nature. Afterwards, enjoy exclusive access to The Hidden Sauna and time to relax by the lake.
With just 8 spaces available, this is a chance to slow down, recharge and enjoy a peaceful few hours in stunning surroundings.
Weather contingency: In the event that outdoor yoga cannot take place, the session will become an extended sauna and relaxation experience.
